Swan Shiratori is who built all the mechanics for the team, including suits, weapons and robos. She is a Chinyoseijin meaning she is from the planet Chinyo. In episode 36, Swan Shiratori was given permission to be a on-duty ranger (due to special recommendation from Space Police Criminal Investigation Laboratory) and she fights valiantly. In episode 50, she became DekaSwan once again to fight along the others.
