Gouki is the eldest of the team. Gouki is strong but shy, and a lover of forests and wildlife. Amongst other things, he was devastated when the Ginga forest sank beneath the lake, seemingly forever lost. He recovered and went along well enough until the day he met Yuuta Aoyama's teacher, Suzuko Mizusawa. He thought this aspect of his personality wouldn't let him be a good Gingaman but at the end he even won Suzuko's heart. His element is water and he performs the Stream Heartbeat and the Gorilla Power technique. He returned with the team to help the Go Go Five with a lost Saima brother in 'GoGoFive Vs. Gingaman.' In 'Gaoranger vs. Super Sentai', he lectured GaoBlack on the many strong warriors of the Super Sentai.
